I have been an Ambassador for The King’s Trust since 1983 and became a Trustee in 2020. The Trust does extraordinary work supporting young people across the UK and around the world.
The King’s Trust Appoints Joan Armatrading CBE As Trustee
Joan has been a dedicated Ambassador and supporter of The King’s Trust for over 40 years. As a pioneering and influential British singer songwriter and guitarist, she has supported the organisation in many different ways, including mentoring young people.
Becoming a Trustee deepened her connection with The Trust further and brought a valuable perspective to The King’s Trust Council at a time when young people need the charity’s support more than ever.
