HOW TO USE THE SHOP
1.    Choose your item from the products Index on the left hand side

2.    Once you have chosen your item click on add to cart

3.    You can either click on continue shopping to find more items or click on check out to make your payment

4.    At the time you will either be asked to register if you have never used the shop before, or to enter your user name and password if you have used the shop before.
       (Your user name and password is something that you will make up for yourself so remember to write it down)

5.    If you are new to the shop then register by clicking the If you are not registered yet, you can do so here. Click on the word here (in the shop area)

6.    Fill in your details on the page that is revealed after you click on the word here. Check the box if your shipping address is the same as your invoice address. If you shipping address is different then write in the correct shipping details

7.    Press the submit button, you will then be returned to page you were at before you filled in your details and you should see the check out link.

8.    Click on the check out link

9.    You will then be asked to confirm your order

10.   Click on the confirm order link

11.   Click on the name of your item that you see listed when you click on confirm order

12.   Click on the Paypal buy now button to make your payment. (You do not have to have a Paypal account you will be able to make your payment just using your credit card.)

HOW TO COLLECT THE ITEMS YOU HAVE BOUGHT
1.     If you bought t-shirts, bags, blouses or anything that will need to be posted to you, you will receive it at the postal address that you entered as your shipping address.

2.     If you bought chords or ebooks these are ALL DOWNLOADABLE ONLY

HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR CHORDS AND EBOOKS
1.    Once you have made your payment log into your account with the user name and password that you chose for yourself at the shop http://www.joanarmatrading.com/shop

2.    Then click on Orders History.

3.    You will then see a list of the items you have bought.

4     If your payment was successful you will see the word successful.

5.    If you have not made your payment you will see the word Pending.

6.    If your payment was successful you will be able to click on the item names that you bought and from there download your charts.

7.    All chord charts and Ebooks bought in the shop at the moment are not posted by snail mail but are downloadable ONLY.

8.    You MUST download the items that you purchase.

9.    If you buy T-Shirts or other clothing items they will be posted to the address you provide.
